What is your return and exchange policy?

Our exchange and return policy is pretty simple! We will accept exchanges and returns within 30 days. Product must be in new condition and not used. We just ask that you cover return shipping costs. However, if we made a mistake on your order, we will take care of the shipping costs.

 

How do I make an exchange or return?

It's super simple — email us and we'll get you started. We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if not, we'll take care of it. 

 

How long will my exchange or return take?

Returns can take up to 4-7 business days, depending on the shipping distance. After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment. 

 

Do you charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges?

NOPE! We do not charge any kind of restocking fee to return or exchange product. You'll only have to cover the shipping costs to return the products back to us. As mentioned above, if in the event we made an error on your order, we will take care of the shipping costs as well.
